Refunds and Returns
Return your order for refund.
Silent Mines Inc. will accept your return for a full refund within 30 days of the order date. If you are not satisfied with your order or simply don't like the product you have 30 calendar days starting on the date of which the item was purchased. All items being sent back for a return must include all original packaging, labeling, accessories contained within the package. You must send the item back in the exact condition in which it was received. Any returns that have damage or are not in the condition of which we sent them, we fully reserve the right to refuse your return. Shipments and Orders
Your Shipment and Packages
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via your choice of UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We strive to providing you a fast and seamless order experience and all orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
